（４）安装方法：
　　a、所需工具：冲击钻（φ6或12φ）、活动扳手、螺丝刀、电工刀、电笔、万用表、尖嘴钳、铅笔、铁锤、绝缘胶布、生料带、割刀、涨管器等；
　　b、所需配件：配备钻头、塑胶柱、螺丝、垫圈等；
　　c、电路确认：安装前检查空气开关、电源线、电表是否满足使用要求。若需要对电路改动，必须由用户签名同意方可行，以免由此发生严重后果，责任不能明确区分；
　　d、水路确认：确定是否多路供水，如果多路供水要确定冷水管和热水管的位置，然后装上角阀进行定位，如果是新房应注意管内由于装修而产生的泥沙，要先清理掉，再接热水器，以免堵塞；
　　e、定位：定位时，必须在服务单上标注清楚尺寸，给客户签名确认，然后将定位样板放在墙上指定位置，用记号笔画出挂板的孔位，注意：热水器必须竖直安装。同样将升降杆、花洒座放在墙壁指定位置上，用笔画出固定螺刀的位置；
　　f、钻孔：用冲击钻对准所作的记号孔，孔深度一般为60-80mm。（注意钻头型号）
　　g、固定、挂机：将胶粒塞进钻好的孔内，先将挂板对准塑胶柱，上好镙丝，固定挂板。先在热水器的进水口装好泄压阀，然后将热水器背部的槽位正对安装挂一板插入，用螺丝刀将螺丝拧紧。
　　h、升降杆/花洒座安装：将升降杆、花洒座对正钻好的孔，放入螺钉用螺丝刀拧紧。
　　i、安装水管：用扳手拧进、出水口时，用力不要太急太猛，否则易损坏电热水器。a、对单路供水，用波纹管将机器的进水品和冷　水管的角阀连接，用花洒管一头接上花洒，一头接热水器出水口；b、对多路供水，用波纹管将进水品和进水管的角阀连接，出水品和热水管的角阀连接；c、连接水管时要在连接处加垫片，机器进水口泄阀下面一定要加上滤网，检查热水器进出水口安装是否正确。
　　j、电源连接：将热水器电源线接驳到空气开关或漏电保护开关上，或到空气开关或漏电保护开关上引出的插座上用我们的专业线盒，接线完成后检查有无错漏、接触是否良好，特别地线是否良好接地。检查电路、水路和热水器的安装布线要求是否正、直、平、净。

（4）Installation method

a. Tools required: Impact drill (φ6 or φ12), adjustable spanner, screwdriver, electrician's knife, electroprobe, multimeter, nipper pliers, pencil, hammer, friction tape, PTFE tape, cutter and tube expander, etc.

b. Accessories required: bit, space support, screw, gasket, etc.

c. Acknowledging circuit: Check whether air switch, power line and electricity meter are properly installed. Changes to circuit must be approved by users by signature.

d. Acknowledging water route: Check whether water is supplied through multiple pipes. If so, check the location of cold water pipe and hot water pipe and fix in angle valve. For new houses, clean off dirt and sand in the pipes before connecting water heater.

e. Positioning: Before positioning, clearly indicate the size in the service sheet and get user’s signature. Then put the gauge plate at the appointed location on wall and mark the hole positions. Note: water heater must be installed vertically. In the same way, put lifting poker and sprinkle seat at the appointed location on wall and mark the place fixing screwdrivers.

f. Drilling: Point the impact drill at the marked hole and drill. Hole depth is normally 60-80mm (pay attention to the type of drill head).

g. Securing and hanging: Stuff the colloid particles into the holes drilled. Align the hanging plate with space support and tighten the screws. Install pressure relief valve at the water inlet. Place the slots on the back of water heater directly against the hanging plate and fix. Then tighten the screws.

h. Installing lifting poker/sprinkle seat: Put lifting poker and sprinkle seat directly at the drilled holes. Put in screws and tighten.

i. Installing water pipe: Use spanner to twist water inlet and outlet pipes gently to avoid damaging water heater. For single water pipe, use corrugated pipe to connect the water inlet and the angle valve of water inlet pipe. Then connect the sprinkle pipe to the sprinkle and the water outlet on water heater. For multiple water pipes, use corrugated pipe to connect the water inlet and the angle valve of water inlet pipe, and the water outlet and the angle valve of hot water pipe. Joint connections must have gaskets. The relief valve at water inlet must have filter screen. Check the proper installation of water inlet and outlet.

j. Connecting power supply: Connect the power line of water heater to air switch or creepage protection switch, or to the socket led out from air switch or creepage protection switch (with our special junction box). After connection, check the contacts and grounding of earth line. Finally check the intact condition of the water heater.
