1、混凝土中掺防腐材料TW-RC1。掺入高性能的防腐混凝土外加剂,可增强混凝土密实性、抗海水腐蚀等性能,能有效阻止各种环境和地质条件下水和土壤对混凝土构件的侵蚀,提高混凝土的耐久性。据实验证明以及铁道部行业标准《铁道混凝土结构耐久性设计暂行规定》,在掺防腐材料后,当混凝土强度等级≥C50时,混凝土使用年限可达60年。

The favorable anti-corrosion additives mixed into concrete can improve the compactness, seawater corrosion resistance and other performances of the concrete, eliminate the corrosions of concrete components caused by various environmental and geological waters and soils and enhance the durability of concrete. According to the experimental verification and the Interim Regulations on Design for Durability of Railway Concrete Structures promulgated by the Ministry of Railway, the concrete shall, when added with anti-corrosion materials and having a strength level ≥C50, own a service life up to 60 years.
2、在管桩外表面涂刷有机硅保护剂,实验表明保护剂可渗透桩身表面3~7mm。另一种简单且行之有效的方法是在桩身表面涂刷3~5mm的沥青,但涂刷沥青后会降低管桩的外侧的摩阻力,故在设计时要充分考虑管桩承载力的问题,适当放大系数。或者只在暴露在水中的部份涂刷沥青。
2. The organosilicon protective agent coated on the surface of piles is proved by experiment capable to penetrate 3~7mm into the piles. Another simple and effective method is to apply a 3~5mm coat of bitumen on the piles, which however may weaken the frictional resistance of pile surface, so the supporting capacity of piles shall be considered during design or the coefficient may be properly magnified. It is also applicable to coat bitumen only to the part of pile dipped in the water.
