survivalin NSCLC． Methods A totalof82 patients’clinicaldata werecol— lected，includingthepatient’Sage，sex，smoking history，histologicaltype，tumormetastasis，clinical stageorpostoperativestaging and EGFR m utations． Thesurvivaldatawerecollected bychartstudy and telephoneinterview． Results ofall82 patients， 9 were detected positive for EM I4一ALK fusion gene mutations． Between them utation positive group and the negative group there wasno significantdiffer— ence ingender，tumorhistologicaltype，tumormetastasisstatus，and pathologicstage(P> 0．05)． There wasa statistically significantdifferencein smoking history and EGFR mutations(P~ 0．05)． Themedian ofsurvivaltimewas23m onthsforthegenem utation negativegroupand21monthsforthegenemutation positivegroup(P> 0．05)． Conclusion EM I4一AIK fusion gene m utation is moreinclined to occur in women，non—smokers，adenocarcinoma， and patientswithoutEGFR gene m utation． The meanwhile of EM L4一ALK fusion genem utation can notyetbeused asan 以下几个方面 ： 1．由于淋球 菌对 既往 推荐 的治疗 方案 中的抗生素产生 更严 重 的耐 药 ，目前 的治 疗 方 法 已经 严 重 受限 。现 在 泌尿生 殖 系 淋病 推 荐 的 治疗 方 案 是 ：头 孢曲松 250mg肌 内注射 +阿 奇 霉 素 1g口服联 合 单次用药 (asingledoseof250mgIM ceftriaxonein com bination with 1 g oforalazithrom ycin)。对头 孢类抗 生 素过敏 且无并 发 症 的淋 病 患者联合治 疗 方案 有 2种 选择 ：(1)吉 米沙 星 320mg+ 阿奇霉 素 2g一 次性 口服 (dualtreatmentwithasin— gledoseof320 m goforalgem ifloxacin plus2 g of oralazithromycin)。(2)庆 大霉 素 240mg肌 内注 射 (下 转 第 47页) 陈泽宇等 ：不同剂量 双氯 芬酸钠预防内镜逆行胰胆管造影术后胰腺炎的疗效观察 47 and blank group (X 一 0．058， P 一 0．810)， or between m oderate dose group and high dose group ( 一 0．152，P一 0．697)． Therewassignificantdifferencebetween low dose group and high dosegroup (X 一 4．219，P 一 0．040)． The incidencesofhyperamylasem ia had no significantdifference among four groups( 一 2．83，P一 0．419)． There wasonecaseofseverePEP in blank group，whilenonein experi— m entalgroups． Threem oderatPEP wasobserved in blank group and twoin low dosegroup． ThePEP thatW3Sobserved inm oderateand highdosegroupsweremild． Conclusion Theprevention ofPEP m ay notbeachieved with diclofenacsuppositoryat50 mg，howeverat100 mg or150mg，diclofenacsupposito— rycan have preventive effect on post—ERCP 片 显 微 镜 (wetmountmicro— scope)具 有更 高敏感 性 和特 异性 的 核酸 扩增 检 测 法即 NAATs来诊 断毛滴 虫感 染 。 3．指 南 中新增 加“关 注 问题 (emergingissues)” 的篇 幅 ，其 中一 个 章 节 讨 论 了 生 殖 支 原 体 (myco— plasmagenitalium)引起 的尿道 炎 和 宫颈 炎 的 诊 断 。该章 (imiquimod)外用治疗 。 5．对 尿道炎 的诊 断有 新建 议 ：在 诊疗 时 ，油镜 检查显示 尿 道分 泌物 的革 兰 氏染色 有 ≥2个 白细 胞 即提示 可能有 尿道 炎 。尿道 分泌 物 的 甲基 蓝或 者龙 胆紫染 色可 以作为 革 兰氏染 色 的替代 措施用 于诊 断尿道 炎 。 6．新指南 包 括 了更 新 的对女 性衣 原体感 染 和淋病测 试 的建议 ，该建 议 和美 国预防 服务 工 作组 (US— PSTF)2014年 9月 的 有 关 建 议 一 致 。 这些 指 南 均建 议 ，所 有性 活跃 的 25岁 以上 的女性 或有 高感 染风险的女 性 ，如新 的性伴 侣 、多性伴 侣或 性伴 侣还 有其他 伴侣 的 ，每 年 都 必 须 进 行 衣 原 体 和 淋 病 的 检 测 。另外 ，建议 对所有性活 跃的青少年 以及 性传播疾 病和艾滋病 病毒感染
