1. Important general statements:

Brake pads are part of the brake system and as such are safety critical parts. All work must therefore be executed with the utmost care. Brake pads must only be replaced by persons possessing the necessary expertise. Incorrect work may lead to total failure of the brake system.

These fitting instructions are a guideline for standard repair work and do not take into consideration any special features which might apply to the different brake systems. The special instructions issued by vehicle and brake systems manufactures must be followed in detail. Brake pads must be replaced in axle sets. Do not use brake pads other than those specified for the particular vehicle type.

Warning：

-Do not bring the friction material of the brake pads, discs, calipers, brake hoses etc. into contact with grease, oil, other lubricants or mineral-oil based cleaning agent as this could lead to brake failure. If necessary replace any parts which become contaminated.

-Do not us any sharp tools, as inappropriate use of these might cause damage. Use special tools only (torque spanner, expanding tool, pull-out hooks, etc.)

-Should damage be observed on any part of the brake system while working on it, it must be remedied appropriately before the vehicle is put back into service.

إن فرملة هي  جزء مهم لنظام الكبح ، فيجب تشغيل بحذر. من الضرورة أن تبديل المكابح يقام بمتخصص،إذا بتشغيل غير سليمة، سيأدي الي فشل لكاملة دورة الفرامل.

يناسب هذا الدليل أعمال الصيانة العادية مجردا،بدون تفكير وظيفة خاصة لمختلفة دورة الفرامل. يجب أن يتمسك بالمطلوبة المعينة التي نشرها منتج دورة الفرامل والسيارات، يعدل الفرملة علي محور العجلة. تفضل بإختيار الفرملة المناسب حسب نموذج السيارة.

تحذير:

يجب أن تجنب لكتلة الكبح ، قرص الكبح ،كماشات الكبح، وخرطوم الكبح،وكذلك مكونات الكبح تلمسا مباشرا مع الزيت والشحم وزيوت التشحيم أو منظفات بالزيوت المعدنية ، لأن هذا قد يؤدي الى تأثير الكبح. فيعدل الجزء المتلوث عندما  بضرورة.

لا تستخدم أي الأدوات الحادة لتجنب أضرار من عملية غير سليمة. تفضل باستخدام مفتاح عزم الربط ،

وأدوات الامتداد، وخطاطيف الانسحاب...والخ.

إذا يوجد الاتلاف عند صيانة نظام الكبح، تفضل باستعمال السيارات بعد اصلاحها.
