⑷ 主持财务报表及财务预决算的编制工作，为公司决策提供及时有效的财务分析，保证财务信息对外披露的正常进行，有效地监督检查财务制度、预算的执行情况以及适当及时的调整。
⑸ 对公司税收进行整体筹划与管理，按时完成税务申报以及年度审计工作。
⑹ 比较精确地监控和预测现金流量，确定和监控公司负债和资本的合理结构，统筹管理和运作公司资金并对其进行有效的风险控制。

⑴ Ensure fund allocation of operating management system.
⑵ Organize the compilation of annual overall financial plan and control standard of group according to mid-term and long-term business plan of company.
⑶Establish and perfect financial management system, and take overall control of daily management, annual budget and operation of fund etc. in Financial Department.
⑷ Take charge of the compilation of financial reports and financial budget, offer timely effective financial analysis for decision-making of company, ensure normal external disclosure of financial information, effectively supervise financial system, execution of budget and conduct timely proper adjustment.
⑸Make overall plan and management of company taxation, and timely complete taxation declaration and annual auditing work.
⑹Accurately monitor and predict cash flow, ensure and monitor reasonable structure of company liabilities and capital, comprehensively manage and operate company fund and take effective control of its risk.
⑺ Offer suggestions and decision-making support for company business operations such as important investment, financing and acquisition etc., and participate in risk appraisal, guidance, tracking and control.
